Notice Regarding 2026 PAB Lottery Application Deadline: The deadline to submit a 2026 PAB Application for participation in the 2026 PAB Lottery is 5:00 PM (CST) on October 20, 2025. Applications received after 5:00 PM (CST) on October 20, 2025 will NOT be considered for participation in the 2026 PAB Lottery. For questions regarding the PAB program, please email Bond Review Board Staff. PAB filings will be accepted via email at [email protected]. Last day to receive a reservation for the 2026 Program Year is 5:00 PM (CST) on November 13, 2026.
2026 Program Year Important Dates:
Throughout Texas Government Code 1372 and Texas Administrative Code 190, there are several important dates that impact the program. BRB Staff has prepared a schedule detailing the various important dates. While this schedule is a courtesy document to help applicants navigate the program, it does not supersede the applicable rules or statutory requirements set forth by the BRB. Where there may be a conflict between this schedule and the applicable rules and/or statutory requirements, the rules and statutory requirements shall take precedence. Applicants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the applicable rules and statutory requirements that govern the PAB program, seek guidance from their bond issuer/bond counsel, as well as their own counsel before proceeding.
