Notice Regarding 2023 PAB Lottery Application Deadline: The deadline to submit a 2023 PAB Application for participation in the 2023 PAB Lottery is 5:00 PM (CST) on October 20, 2022. Applications received after 5:00 PM (CST) on October 20, 2022 will NOT be considered for participation in the 2023 PAB Lottery. For questions regarding the PAB program, please email Bond Review Board Staff. PAB filings will be accepted via email at [email protected]. Last day to receive a reservation for the 2023 Program Year is November 15, 2023.
2023 Program Year Important Dates:
Throughout Texas Government Code 1372 and Texas Administrative Code 190, there are several important dates that impact the program. BRB Staff has prepared a schedule detailing the various important dates. While this schedule is a courtesy document to help applicants navigate the program, it does not supersede the applicable rules or statutory requirements set forth by the BRB. Where there may be a conflict between this schedule and the applicable rules and/or statutory requirements, the rules and statutory requirements shall take precedence. Applicants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the applicable rules and statutory requirements that govern the PAB program, seek guidance from their bond issuer/bond counsel, as well as their own counsel before proceeding.2023 PAB Important Dates

Pursuant to Texas Government Code 1372.027, the Board shall publish weekly updates regarding the status of the Private Activity Bond Program, including the availability of the state’s ceiling, reservations issued, and closings/allocations issued. 2023 Lottery Results:
The 2023 PAB Lottery was held on November 9th, 2022 as authorized by TAC 190.2(b). Below are links to the Lottery Application Processing report, the Original Lottery results, the Reordering Guide (accounts for the Residential Rental priority system prior to June 1st), and the Shifting Guide (accounts for the Residential Rental priority system on and after June 1st):
2023 PAB Forms:
Applications for the 2023 program year will be accepted for filing no earlier than 8:00 AM, October 5, 2022. To be eligible to participate in the lottery, the complete application must be filed by 5:00 PM, October 20, 2022. Applications received after October 20, 2022 will be reserved in the order they are received. A FAX will not be accepted for filing.
When filing the application, submit either ONE electronic copy of the application form if submitting by electronic submission or ONE original of the application form if submitting by hardcopy. Please send only ONE set of the required attachments.
An officer or member of the board of the issuer must sign the application form. The authorized representative may not sign the application form unless they are also an officer or a member of the board.
